(hereinafter referred to as "we"), as the operator of KnowCamera (hereinafter referred to as "this Application"), fully understands the importance of personal information security. Please rest assured that we will always follow the principle of minimum necessity (minimum impact, minimum scope, shortest time) when processing your personal information. We will not excessively collect your personal information just because you want to use our products and services. We will only collect your personal information when necessary to achieve specific service purposes. For non-essential personal information, you have the right to choose not to provide it. Refusing to provide such information will not affect your normal use of our basic services. 2. Definitions and Scope

Personal Information: Various information related to identified or identifiable natural persons recorded electronically or by other means (such as phone numbers, device information, etc.).

Scope of Application: This policy applies to KnowCamera services provided through mobile devices (iOS/Android/HarmonyOS NEXT), web pages, and other terminals, including but not limited to photo taking, image uploading, AI analysis, and result display functions.

3. How We Collect and Use Information

Information You Actively Provide:

• Account Information: Phone number (for registration, login, and identity verification, processed as necessary for contract performance).
• Image Content: Photos you take or upload (used only for AI analysis through Alibaba Cloud Bailian Large Model Platform. Original images and analysis results will be automatically deleted from the server after analysis completion, retained only on your local device).

Automatically Collected Information:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifier, etc. (for compatibility adaptation and anti-fraud, based on service necessity).
• Usage Information: The server automatically records your usage, including access time, IP address, etc.
• Log Information: Crash reports, network request logs (for troubleshooting, based on legitimate interests in service maintenance).
• Clipboard Information: (1) When copying and pasting in text input fields, the application temporarily accesses system clipboard content to support text input functionality; (2) When the app switches between foreground and background, the system may reinitialize text input components and access the clipboard manager; (3) This information is processed locally only and will not be uploaded to servers or used for other purposes.

Third-Party Service Data Interaction:

• Alibaba Cloud OSS: Images you upload will be encrypted and transmitted to Alibaba Cloud Object Storage (OSS) for temporary storage, deleted after analysis completion (Alibaba Cloud Privacy Policy).
• Alibaba Cloud Bailian Large Model: Calls large models and intelligent agents built by Love Q&A Technology for AI analysis. The analysis process is not used to train third-party models, and results are not stored on any server (Bailian Service Terms).

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We only share your information in the following circumstances:

• Third-Party Service Providers: To implement core functions (such as image storage, AI analysis), we use Alibaba Cloud OSS and Bailian Large Model. The data collection scope is subject to the third-party service provider list.
• Legal Requirements: In response to lawful requests from judicial authorities or government departments, we will require relevant parties to produce legal documents.
• Corporate Asset Changes: In the event of a merger or acquisition, we will notify you of the recipient's information through in-site messages or emails and require them to continue to fulfill this policy.

5. Information Storage

Storage Location:

We store your personal information within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Unless we obtain your separate consent and comply with relevant national laws and regulations, we will not provide any of your personal information overseas.

Storage Period:

Unless otherwise stipulated by national laws and regulations, we only retain your personal information for the time necessary to achieve service purposes. When our products and services cease operations, we will notify you through SMS, announcements, or other forms, and anonymize or completely delete your personal information within a reasonable period, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

We will avoid collecting irrelevant user information as much as possible and adopt technical and organizational measures no less than industry-standard to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss, including but not limited to:

If information leakage occurs due to force majeure, we will take timely remedial measures within the scope permitted by law and inform you. Please also prohibit transferring or lending your account, do not disclose verification codes to others, and be cautious when uploading images containing sensitive information.

If you no longer use our products and services, or you wish to fully withdraw consent for personal information processing, you may apply to deactivate your account. You can click "Account Security" in the "Settings" section of the APP and select "Deactivate Account". Please note that account deactivation is irreversible. Once deactivated, we will stop providing services to you and process your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations. If deleting or anonymizing personal information is technically difficult, we will stop processing except for storage and necessary security protection measures.

7. Protection of Minors

If you are under 18 years old or have other circumstances where you do not have civil capacity commensurate with user behavior, please read this agreement under the accompaniment and guidance of your legal guardian ("Guardian"), and only use KnowCamera after ensuring that the guardian agrees to the content of this agreement. The minimum age limit for KnowCamera account registration is 14 years old. You and your guardian shall bear the corresponding consequences of agreeing to this agreement and using KnowCamera in accordance with laws and regulations.

With the development of AI technology, minors may be exposed to various forms of artificial intelligence tools. Guardians should guide minors to understand the functions of these tools and the risks they may bring, such as improper use that may lead to privacy leakage or inappropriate content. Ensure appropriate behavior by minors.

8. Policy Updates

Notification Method: To improve service quality, we will update this policy from time to time. For major policy updates, we will notify you through SMS, pop-up notifications, or other prominent forms.

Re-consent: If it involves expanding the scope of personal information use or adding third-party sharing, we will obtain your consent again.

• Algorithm Result Identification: All AI analysis results will be clearly marked with "AI Smart Analysis" to remind you that this is AI-generated content for reference only.
• Algorithm Usage Risks: AI algorithms may have risks such as inaccurate recognition and generation of incorrect information. Please use analysis results with caution and combine with human judgment for important decisions.
• Algorithm-related Complaints: If you have questions or complaints about the accuracy of AI analysis results or algorithm usage methods, you can contact us through the contact information provided in this document.
